No. Simply put, if we don’t think we can help you achieve success, we won’t waste your time or ours. You can only out-market a problematic or unneeded product or service very short-term. We’re in it for the long haul and are committed to honesty and transparency in all we do.
We’re not like other agencies and we don’t apply cookie cutter packages to every cllient. If you’re interested in working with us, we’ll put together a custom strategy and proposal for you. As a baseline, our monthly retainers start at $1,000 a month, but we do offer one-time services for businesses with smaller budgets.
Most agencies require 6 months to a year commitment. We think that is simply too long to have to commit to someone you just started working with. Trust isn’t built by forcing long-term commitment. We simply ask for 90 days for you to give time to see the differences in your business our work will bring. And if you ever want to cancel (we don’t think you will 😉) we just require a month’s notice since we work on many things a month in advance.
If we both decide we’re a good fit and move forward working together, we’ll start with onboarding where you’ll meet our team, gain access to our project management dashboard and we’ll get all your accounts connected and setup in our software. Each week or month (depending on your strategic needs) we’ll update you on the details of the work we are doing and send through a report detailing the progress we’ve made and the opportunities for growth we’ve identified and will be working on.
